To support our continued growth in Poland, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Warsaw office.

This position plays a key part in building and strengthening Karo's commercial presence in Poland. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key pharmacy chains, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and leading e-commerce customers, with a strong focus on the Polish market.

The role combines responsibilities across both brick-and-mortar pharmacy channels and e-commerce platforms, reflecting the omnichannel nature of our business. While e-commerce remains a key focus area, the scope has been expanded to include selected traditional pharmacy customers as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop relationships with key pharmacy chains and e-commerce customers in Poland
  • Drive sell-in performance and ensure strong commercial execution across accounts
  • Collaborate closely with Trade & Shopper Marketing to accelerate sell-out and digital conversion
  • Manage a mixed portfolio of offline and online customers, including pharmacy chains and omnichannel players
  • Act as the key interface between brand strategy, customer needs, and execution
  • Support consistent growth across both physical and digital sales channels
  • Work with existing customers (focus on account development rather than new business acquisition)
