What you'll be doing

As our Integrated Planning Lead, you'll be at the heart of our media and digital marketing transformation:

  • Own and drive end-to-end planning of paid media and digital marketing campaigns across brands and regions.
  • Partner with local and central brand teams to align media strategies with commercial priorities and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize cross-channel campaigns (TV, digital, social, performance, etc.).
  • Ensure a consumer-centric media approach through audience insights, channel strategies, and measurement frameworks.
  • Track KPIs and develop data-informed recommendations for campaign performance and media investments.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture—from A/B experiments to creative innovation.
