This role leads strategy and execution of comprehensive training programs, spanning onboarding, skill-building, virtual and live training, for teams supporting patients across multiple therapeutic areas.
Drive training strategy for field-based and internal PSS professionals, supporting specialty pharmaceuticals and biologics
Lead development of training programs including eLearning, virtual, live sessions, gamified learning, and on-demand modules
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and internal stakeholders to integrate training into business operations
Manage training budgets, schedules, agency relationships, and ensure consistency across therapeutic areas
Support training alignment under the βOne PSSβ framework to enhance coordination and scalability
