The hospital features the region’s only full-service cardiovascular program including open-heart surgery, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac rehabilitation, and comprehensive diagnostic services. Additional specialties include orthopedic and spine care, robotic surgery, acute inpatient medical rehabilitation, and advanced imaging services.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform and document thorough patient respiratory assessments, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure
• Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate respiratory therapy needs and effectiveness
• Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen delivery, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
• Assist with artificial airway placement and manage mechanical ventilation
• Monitor patient responses, intervene as needed, and communicate with providers for patient safety
• Assist with transport of ventilator-dependent patients and respond to emergent airway and ventilation situations
