Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patients with cardiac conditions, interpreting ECGs and identifying arrhythmias
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation
Provide patient and family education on cardiac health and post-discharge care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
