The Clinical Sales Support Specialist (CSSS) role will report into the XR BU and will be a clinical and solution subject matter expert to support the sales of XR Imaging Modality Solutions within CMSU. They will strategically plan product demonstrations and solution consulting based on the information provided to them by their Business Unit, CMSC, and input from field sales and modality specialists. This information will be used to deliver effective demonstrations both virtually and in person at Canon customer Regional and National Show Site Visits with the objective of closing sales opportunities. Assist sales teams in presenting the clinical/technical and competitive advantages of the product being promoted and to address clinical/technical questions raised by attending healthcare professionals. Involved directly in the development and maintenance of the existing customer reference sites and the Key Account list. As subject matter experts to provide direct and continuing "hands on" product training to the Sales Team and Applications Team as necessary.
