Support Staff
This position consists of working at the front desk to answer and direct calls as well as greet and assist customers. Clerical support to process referrals, openings, closings, and update patient information in the electronic health record (E.H.R.) for patients in community service and clinical departments. Good communication and customer service are needed in addition to having robust skills of Microsoft Office to work with spreadsheets, and completing requests for copies, supplies, mailings, and other administrative support as needed. Ability to work under pressure and to meet multiple, concurrent deadlines. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. Hourly position: starting wage is $15.40/hour.
