Senior .NET Software Engineer

Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join their team in a full-time, direct hire capacity for a client based in Chattanooga, TN. This position allows for mostly remote work with occasional in-person meetings (ramp-up + one day a month). Seeking candidates that reside within 1–2 hours of Chattanooga; Atlanta is acceptable. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified candidates must be willing to work on a W-2 basis.

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000/year plus bonus

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and deploy software solutions across various products
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an agile environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements into actionable tasks
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth and learning overall

Experience Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development with modern programming languages
• Strong foundation in C# .NET/.NET Core and Angular
• Experience running production systems at scale in Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and test automation
• Proven ability to design and build REST APIs
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficient with version control systems, especially GitHub
• Understanding of agile methodologies and micro-SPA frontend architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in building and scaling multi-channel CPaaS/messaging platforms (SMS, MMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, and Email)
• Experience working in a diverse, international team

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
