Senior Consultant - Prosthetic & Sensory Aids Service

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to help design, configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health Millennium solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. The Federal Consulting team is a group of hard-working, knowledgeable, passionate members who want to shape the electronic health records systems for active-duty service men and women, their beneficiaries, our Nation's Veteran's, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.

A Senior Consultant is an intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities include consulting with clients on service line workflow, guiding them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, providing solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders, driving client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements, mitigating solution risks and issues, executing workflow and process improvement strategies, leading client meetings and events, and driving internal team initiatives.

Basic qualifications include at least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including at least 1 year healthcare information technology consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience, at least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position, and willingness to travel up to 50% as needed and work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

The role requires compliance with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates, and adherence to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
