Serves as the initial point of contact for customers; provides departmental information, responds to inquiries, and processes service requests and documentation.
Prepares and updates weekly sanitation routes; adjusts schedules as necessary to ensure efficiency.
Creates and completes work orders for the delivery and retrieval of sanitation receptacles.
Monitors inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are maintained.
Addresses inquiries regarding sanitation services, readiness, fees, and related matters; clearly explains applicable policies and standards.
Maintains route logs and participates in records management activities; prepares reports and conducts surveys as required.
Responds to internal and external requests for information; provides technical guidance to City staff within authorized scope; assists and trains staff on relevant procedures and statutory requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
