Sales & Operations Manager

Job Title
This position is responsible for managing operations and sales processes for Allied Crane. This role manages projects from cradle to grave, requiring the ability to organize, lead and support day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor production and ensure that projects are completed on time and under budget.
- Identify new opportunities in the market and provide input for pricing and services.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, contractors and vendors.
- Monitor financial performance, including job costing, profitability and operational efficiency.
- Schedule and allocate cranes, transportation, and crews.
- Maintain an organized, safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Provide status reports regarding production and anticipated challenges to company leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction.
- Proven experience in sales growth and operations management.
- Ability to interpret plans and provide clear direction regarding all required specifications.
- Must have knowledge of and strict adherence to OSHA Construction Standards.
- Ability to collaborate with others, including peers, clients and code officials.
- Must stay current on emerging industry trends/technology and pursue continuous improvement.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- NCCCO certification is highly preferred but not required.
