Product Marketing Manager
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, focused on our AI enabled virtual agent solution, Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA), to join the Product Marketing team. This is a U.S. based individual contributor role with no direct reports. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of customer experience (CX), self-service automation, and AI-driven technologies. Zoom Virtual Agent is transforming the way businesses engage customers—resolving inquiries quickly, scaling support, and improving satisfaction through intelligent, conversational automation.
About the Team: You'll be joining the Zoom CX-marketing team, working cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and campaign teams to bring ZVA to life in the market. This role is focused on building compelling narratives, driving adoption and growth, and helping customers understand the real value of AI-first self-service. Responsibilities:
- Leading the go-to-market strategy for Zoom Virtual Agent—driving awareness, pipeline, and adoption across customer segments.
- Crafting target personas and growth ICPs, and building effective go-to-market targeting for each.
- Building and owning compelling messaging and positioning that highlight ZVA's AI-first capabilities.
- Creating marketing and enablement plans aligned to sales priorities—developing tools such as personas, pitch decks, competitor insights, objection-handling guides, solution briefs, demos, and other customer-facing assets.
- Understanding the market, segmentation, and global opportunities to position ZVA effectively and identify product attach strategies within the existing Zoom CX portfolio.
- Leading product launches by partnering closely with product, marketing, and enablement teams to align timing, positioning, and execution.
- Acting as the voice and champion of the customer—leveraging insights from customers, internal stakeholders, and research to shape strategy, messaging, and customer use cases.
- Creating impactful content and thought leadership assets, including solution briefs, demo scripts, web copy, and industry perspectives.
- Serving as a market-facing spokesperson and thought leader for Zoom Virtual Agent, representing customer success stories and Zoom's differentiation in AI-first self-service.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in SaaS, CX, or AI-focused roles.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the customer experience landscape, including the strategic importance of self-service and automation in modern support environments.
- Show experience developing clear, concise messaging that communicates technical concepts in a human, benefits-first way.
- Show ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Demonstrate excellent storytelling skills, both written and verbal, and great attention to detail.
- Show enthusiasm for innovation, generative AI, and the future of agentic automation in customer experience.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $97,600.00 Maximum: $225,700.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
