Export Compliance Requirement

Job Summary

Independently performs complete and thorough comparisons and verifications that 3D models are complete and accurate representations of 2D data packages. Develops and recommends solutions to design problems.

Essential Functions

Examines engineering drawings and related documents. Compares 3D models and annotations to the provided 2D documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness. Independently reviews models, drawings, and work product requirements from various sources to ensure program requirements and schedules are met. Provides feedback to the modelers and annotators of any errors or omissions. Interfaces with modelers and annotators; assists and supports mentor development. Develops and recommends solutions to design problems and/or issues. Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent Six (6) years of full-time, related experience; every 30 hours of related college coursework may be substituted for one (1) year of experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience with and ability to create 3D designs Experience working with Dassaults 3DExperience CATIA and/or Siemens TeamCenter NX Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various disciplines Experience with model-based definition experience Experience with tolerances and stack-up analysis

Physical Requirements

Ability to use tools, equipment, and technology necessary to do the job. This includes dexterity in instrument manipulation. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information. Ability to inspect and/or surveil materials, equipment, reports, and/or incidents and identify any errors, needs and/or determining factors.
