Job Opportunity

  • Design, create, and implement tools and techniques to reduce labor costs, improve turn time and quality for operations process steps.
  • Review current process techniques on long standing products and identify and implement improvements to aids, tooling, and templates to make process more repeatable and consistent.
  • Review customer specifications for new products for detailed requirements to set up new processes or establish gaps between current practices and specification requirements.
  • Coordinate process optimization in regard to tooling, operational sequencing, throughput, and cost analysis on new/existing packages, and drive cost reduction on materials, labor, and paint.
  • Perform project management to meet required goals and deadlines.
  • Oversee first article qualification to ensure time optimization, pricing evaluation, and proper engineering.
  • Coordinate with the planning team for the creation of accurate and detailed work orders for all new and existing orders along with the creation of new technique cards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other project team members to ensure continuous success in meeting required deadlines and product goals.
  • Create and revise internal processing procedures and quality work instructions for performing quality control tests.
  • Perform document control of customers engineering.
  • Other duties as assigned.
