Intake & Service Specialist/Coordinator
As an intake & service team member, you will serve as an initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance. This crucial role involves welcoming and interviewing potential consumers, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the intake process for independent connection programs and services. Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, problem solving, and interpersonal skills are key for this position as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records. We are also seeking someone who will provide a positive and helpful experience to consumers. Bachelors degree and two years of related job experience or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass background checks. Salary: $18.00/hr-$21.00/hr, depending on related experience.
