Hr Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Kansas City, Kansas. This role involves managing the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with relevant experience.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability for the organization.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and streamline recruitment activities.
• Oversee pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference verification.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to recruitment and hiring activities.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Familiarity with pre-employment procedures.
• Experience supporting onboarding activities for new hires.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
