We are seeking an experienced ERP Solution Lead - HR & IAG Modules to spearhead our HR Solutions and Identity Management initiatives. This leadership role will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of comprehensive HR and identity management solutions across our hybrid system landscape, ensuring secure authentication, single sign-on capabilities, and automated user lifecycle management. They will lead the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of HR systems and identity management platforms across the full recruit-to-retire lifecycle by aligning HCM processes, role-based provisioning, and identity lifecycle automation to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient workforce enablement.
This role involves close collaboration with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and translate them into clear, scalable technical specifications. The position also functions as a player-coach helping to establish architectural best practices, reviewing technical deliverables, and continually developing new skills in support of a high-performing team.
