We are seeking an experienced ERP Solution Lead - HR & IAG Modules to spearhead our HR Solutions and Identity Management initiatives. This leadership role will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of comprehensive HR and identity management solutions across our hybrid system landscape, ensuring secure authentication, single sign-on capabilities, and automated user lifecycle management. They will lead the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of HR systems and identity management platforms across the full recruit-to-retire lifecycle by aligning HCM processes, role-based provisioning, and identity lifecycle automation to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient workforce enablement.

This role involves close collaboration with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and translate them into clear, scalable technical specifications. The position also functions as a player-coach helping to establish architectural best practices, reviewing technical deliverables, and continually developing new skills in support of a high-performing team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Department Leadership & Management:
    • Strategic Leadership: Direct all operations for the HR Solutions and Identity & Access Management Department, providing vision and strategic direction for enterprise identity solutions
    • Resource Management: Oversee human resources, technology assets, and budget allocation to ensure optimal department performance
    • Operational Excellence: Execute comprehensive planning, controlling, and budgeting functions while maintaining operational efficiency
    • Project Portfolio Management: Lead complex project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timeline adherence
    • Team Development: Manage scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development for department staff
    • Additional Leadership Duties: Perform additional managerial responsibilities as assigned by executive leadership
  • Program Management & Implementation:
    • Documentation Excellence: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including planning materials, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer protocols
    • Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end project execution from initial planning through successful deployment and handover
    • Status Communication: Provide regular, detailed status reporting to stakeholders and executive leadership
    • Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure project team competency and organizational learning
    • SOW Development: Create and implement Statements of Work for various identity management and HR initiatives
    • Change Management: Establish and maintain robust change control processes to ensure system stability and compliance
    • Escalation Management: Serve as primary escalation point for complex identity management and HR issues, providing expert resolution and strategic guidance
