The Marketing Operations Manager plays a key cross-functional role in coordinating the execution of Gilleys property-wide marketing programs. This includes compiling and managing all promotional programming inputs (casino promotions, entertainment, and F&B), supporting loyalty program administration, and overseeing the operational rollout of multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners. This position ensures that Gilleys marketing calendar, campaign messaging, and database-driven communications are executed accurately, on time, and aligned across all touchpoints including direct mail, email, in-venue signage, and digital platforms. The role also supports administrative functions related to the Play Gilleys Loyalty Club, including inventory, scheduling, and systems coordination.
