Key Accountabilities
The position will be primarily responsible for headcount and resource planning for Fabrication Operations. This includes planning for 1,800+ direct touch hourly employees, as well as several hundred indirect hourly, and management type employees. Reports and plans will be provided to 13 senior managers, 4 directors, and a VP for Fabrication.
Roles and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, monitoring and comparing demand, monitoring and applying factors to demand around emergent issues and quality, interfacing with senior leadership and executive leadership on headcount planning and efficiency planning.
Tools for the role will include skills in Access, Excel, SAP, etc. Advanced level Excel skills strongly preferred, including modeling and forecasting abilities. Modeling requirements to include existing dependent demand from SAP, as well as potential independent demand from various outside sources.
Role will support demand management team and decision support for the Fabrication Organization.
