The Director, IT Portfolio Management requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment. This role will be a critical partner to our Segment CIOs, and responsible for cross functional leadership, collaboration, communication, and management of the business of running CWHM.
To achieve our strategies of delivering on our strategic portfolio, improving operations, modernizing our technology stack, improving our security posture, advancing our operating and organizational maturity, and developing, diversifying, and growing our talent base – this role will provide direct oversight of the following services as a shared service across the organization:
The Shared Services team led by the Director, IT Portfolio Management & Shared Services will support and execute shared services initiatives across Pharmacy, Primary Care, Home Solutions, the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, and Integrated Health. The Director and team will provide more limited support to Humana Military IT as needed.

The Director, IT Portfolio Management & Shared Services will:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field. 7 or more years of progressive experience in IT, finance, technology strategy, or related areas 5 or more years of management experience Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; able to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. Ability to work independently with sound judgment and autonomy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.
