Responsibilities:

• Handle work ticket orders for national accounts received electronically or by phone, with a focus on outbound calls.
• Qualify and verify customer requests efficiently.
• Check technicians in and out and book or dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions promptly.
• Manage customer requests for service ensuring prompt, knowledgeable service to customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills:

• 1+ year of customer service experience, with a preference for retail background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous call center experience is a plus.
• Solid tenure with at least one year at each previous position.

Work Environment:

Work in a large 24/7 call center with an open, friendly, and supportive environment. The role involves handling a high volume of calls, averaging around 150 inbound and 25 outbound calls a day. Initial training takes place in a classroom setting, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, followed by shadowing on the floor. Shift options include Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Friday to Monday from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. The dress code is business casual, with jeans permitted but no tennis shoes.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr.
