We have experienced teams working in plasma, frame and wire spraying, polyurethane and sermetel painting as well as heat treating, brazing, and TIG welding operations. In addition to comprehensive internal engine repair/overhaul, we also operate a world-class evaluation and testing facility that's FEDEC capable.

Role Overview

As the Component Repair Operations Leader, you will manage operations within a production facility to achieve defined targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role requires moderate autonomy and operational judgment, with significant input into priorities. You will lead a team of salaried employees and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position on the 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations to meet targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Ensure continuous business improvement aligned with benchmarks and standards.
  • Lead and develop a team of salaried employees, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Contribute to strategy and policy development within the area of responsibility.
  • Use technical expertise and data analysis to solve moderately complex problems.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues and lead small projects with moderate risks.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They are analytical, results-driven, and capable of leading programs and projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience).
  • Significant experience in Manufacturing & Operation Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects and resolve problems.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices and awareness of technical developments in the field.

Additional Information:

  • Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America).
  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours.
  • Work Authorization: Must comply with U.S. immigration and legal requirements.
  • Physical Requirements: May involve standing, walking, and lifting as required by the role.
