Job Description

Your Mission: Mobile, flexible & with a lot of scope for shaping!

In this key role, you will take over the commercial and disciplinary responsibility for the location-independent expansion of our service organization. Your focus is on the locations Schwandorf (Upper Palatinate) and Zeven (between Bremen & Hamburg) – therefore, you will be accordingly on the move to lead teams, optimize processes, and drive innovations.

Your tasks:

• Building and further developing a powerful service organization at two locations
• Development and implementation of a sustainable service strategy to achieve our growth and profit goals
• Ensuring a proactive QHSE culture (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) throughout the team
• Close cooperation with the sales team to expand the service area through maintenance contracts and new business models
• Conducting market and competition analyses to develop innovative service offerings

Qualifications

Your profile – Experienced or ambitious!

Whether you are already an experienced manager or want to develop into this role as a young leadership talent – we are looking forward to you!

• Completed degree in engineering or technology, ideally with an additional business qualification
• Proven experience in the biogas industry – you don’t need to know every bacterium by name, but solid industry knowledge is a must!
• Technical know-how in electrical engineering, mechanics, control technology, or process technology
• Professional experience in technical service – either with long-term leadership experience or as a talented young leadership talent
• Mobility & willingness to travel – you feel comfortable in a dynamic role with flexible location support
• Communication skills & hands-on mentality – you motivate, lead, and drive innovation
• Fluent German and English skills, other languages are an advantage
