Retail Sales Associate

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations through effective and efficient retail operations. Controlling all package deliveries and ensure all necessary reports are being run to confirm the packages that have been ordered are delivered to the guest. This role is based on-site and is not remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet each guest with a friendly, warm welcome.
• Offer product knowledge to ensure sales are completed.
• Be passionate about all Kalahari goals and initiatives.
• Contribute to positive team relations through effective communications, teamwork and partnerships with co-workers and management team.

What We're Looking For

• Background consisting of previous experience in retail, customer service or sales environment preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge including experience with excel.
• Flexible schedule that could include weekends and holidays.
