Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Services 3rd shift Agent. In this role, you will need a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to help guests during their check-in, stay, and check-out. Ensuring each person leaves with memories that last a lifetime. Your role will be key in delivering top-notch service and making every guest's experience truly exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.

• Must be computer-savvy and eager to provide excellent service to guests.
• No experience necessary. We will train the right person with the right attitude, personality, and drive.
