We specialize in evaluating each customer's application and providing the most energy efficient and effective air system solution.

We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of National Account Service Manager for our Fredericksburg location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

• Be responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with National and Key Accounts, Distributors, and internal Branch and POD Teams, consistently striving to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Managers of Key Accounts to strategically present and promote service products to National and Key Accounts.
• Identify and secure service business at National and Key Accounts, as well as other high-potential customers operating with nationwide facilities.
• Establish and maintain a consistent nationwide presence through regular travel.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate's background will include:

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in industrial B2B customer service and support.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Good communication skills/phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Physical attendance at the worksite is required.
