Service Support
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Support person to join our team. This role provides critical support to both our customers and field technicians, ensuring smooth operations, timely service, and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of service-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer and technical support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare quotes for installations and service work accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of parts and rental equipment, ensuring timely execution.
- Maintain and use personal work tools effectively to support field operations.
- Operate and manage spreadsheets and ERP systems to track work orders, inventory, and service activities.
- Maintain strong customer service standards, ensuring positive interactions with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support technicians with installations.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed to support the service team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or service operations preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and familiar with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must have own work tools and be capable of using them safely and efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for parts and rental pickup/drop-off.
