Kaeppel Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer (Black Belt Or Master Black Belt) with a strong background in finance, specifically in repossession and delinquent account collections. This role is critical in driving process excellence, operational improvements, and efficiency across financial operations.
Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
Perform process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with finance teams to improve processes related to repossession and delinquent accounts in collection.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Organize and manage continuous improvement initiatives from planning to execution.
Travel (if remote outside of Dallas, Atlanta, or Detroit) up to 20% for on-site workshops and team engagement.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Or Master Black Belt certification.
Demonstrated experience in financial processes, particularly in repossession and delinquent account collection.
Proven track record of facilitating Kaizen events and delivering measurable improvements.
Strong expertise in process mapping and redesign.
Exceptional soft skills, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and team facilitation.
Highly organized with the ability to present complex information in a clear and actionable way.
Experience in consulting or working in multi-site financial operations.
Strong presentation and organizational skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
