Overview: Engage with customers in a fast-paced customer service department. Troubleshoot Balemaster equipment via phone or on-site visit. Perform on-site service and maintenance for customers' baling equipment.
Responsibilities: Communicate effectively and possess strong verbal, written, listening, and troubleshooting skills. Four-year engineering degree (mechanical or electrical preferred, others considered). Ability to travel up to 70% of the time throughout North America. Valid driver's license required; passport recommended. Attention to detail and highly organized. Customer service skills. Computer and Internet knowledge. Fluent Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Heavy industrial environment with mechanical activities requiring personal protective equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Stand for extended periods of time Sit, Stoop, Bend Reach above shoulders Lift 100 pounds.
