Food Service Retail Manager

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Retail Manager to our Education team in Maryville. As a Retail Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing culinary, marketing, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.

What you'll be doing:

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including food service workers, cashiers & cooks
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service
• Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees
• Execute program strategies for unit level
• Develop and execute retail promotional strategies for culinary concepts
• Develop marketing programs aimed to increase customer satisfaction, participation and or revenue

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least three years' experience in a supervisory role
• At least three years' foodservice experience
• Proven track record of financial responsibility
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills

Nice-to-haves:

• ServSafe Manager certification
• Higher Education food service experience
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree
