Description of the Position

As an Alternance B2B Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support within the B2B sales department. You will work closely with Thibault and Guillaume to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, customer management, sales follow-up, and contribute to the growth of the company's commercial activities.

Your missions:

• Contacting clients after their purchase to improve and optimize their experience
• Analyzing the customer journey and identifying areas for improvement
• Following up on quotes, processing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery
• Collaborating with salespeople, stores, and other departments
• Managing administrative information for B2B clients and customer cards
• Managing the inbox of business client emails
• Managing all JYSK client software tools

Qualifications

You are pursuing a degree at the bac+3 or bac+5 level in commerce, sales, customer relations, or digital marketing. A first experience in a stage or apprenticeship would be a plus. You have excellent written and oral communication skills, your French is impeccable. You have good English skills (to participate in international team meetings). You can work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of computer skills is a plus. You work proactively and like to adopt a pragmatic approach. You work with enthusiasm and are sociable.

Additional Information

The position is based at our headquarters in France in Peltre (Metz).

We offer a 1-year apprenticeship contract, with a start date as soon as possible (the start modalities can be discussed by mutual agreement between JYSK and the selected candidate).
