We are looking for an Assistant Service Client (H/F) in an alternating program for JYSK France and JYSK Belgium (French-speaking).

Description of the Position

Under the responsibility of the Customer Service Manager, you will participate in the smooth operation of the service.

As an alternating assistant customer service, your missions will be as follows:

  • Respond to customer requests through various channels (calls, emails, chat…)
  • Respond to customer complaints and satisfy them in the best possible way quickly and qualitatively
  • Handle requests concerning undelivered or delayed orders
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys by phone, email, and chat
  • Make additional sales
  • Contribute to the achievement of the service objectives and the performance of the service indicators
  • Support our stores and ensure optimal collaboration between stores and customer service
  • You will also be required to collaborate with other departments at the headquarters, with our distribution centers, and with our carriers

Qualifications

You are pursuing a degree (Bac+2 or +3) in the field of customer service, and you may have some prior experience in a similar position.

Your alternating schedule is 3 days in the company, 2 days at school each week.

You have a very good sense of customer contact, you are positive and attentive.

You know how to be convincing and make customer satisfaction a priority.

You are fast, organized, and reactive.

You are fluent in French, both orally and in writing.

You are able to communicate in English, either orally or in writing.

You are proficient in computer tools and Microsoft Office.

Additional Information

The position is based at our headquarters in France in Peltre (Metz). You will work exclusively remotely for our customers in JYSK France and Belgium (French-speaking), via email, chat, telephone, etc.

We offer a 1-year apprenticeship contract, with a start date as soon as possible (the start-up modalities can be discussed by mutual agreement between JYSK and the selected candidate).
