Do you like to move around on platforms like Instagram and Facebook? And you are also familiar with WhatsApp? For our internal Customer Service Center, we are looking for an employee who will take care of customer inquiries coming in via phone or email as well as our social media channels. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and answer questions about our products and services.

Your activity at JYSK

  • In the Customer Service Center of JYSK, we answer daily questions about orders, complaints, and products that come to us through different channels.
  • You will take care of the inquiries of our customers on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) as well as the inquiries that come in via phone and email
  • You independently find solutions for our customers and offer them a professional, positive, and competent service
  • You are part of a goal-oriented team that is characterized by a high pace and can adapt flexibly to different situations

What you bring with you

  • Empathy and the joy of actively listening to our customers and helping them
  • An understanding and professional demeanor when talking to our customers, especially when finding solutions
  • A love for working in a team and the willingness to share new insights and knowledge with your colleagues
  • Very good German language skills in speech and writing, ideally basic English language skills
  • Experienced use of the computer, as well as fast and accurate typing
