Job Description

We are looking for an HR Consultant to support our HR function in JYSK Türkiye during a maternity leave cover. This role will act as an HR Generalist and provide hands-on support across key HR areas, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement and supporting managers in building strong teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support recruitment processes and ensuring alignment with JYSK standards.
• Act as a partner for managers on HR topics such as staffing, performance and development.
• Support training initiatives, including onboarding, pipeline development, and training follow-up.
• Assist with performance management and employee development processes.
• Contribute to maintaining an attractive workplace and positive employee experience.
• Provide operational HR support in line with company policies and local labor law, including localisation and translation of HR materials when needed.
• Collaborate with regional and country HR colleagues.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Willingness and flexibility to travel within Türkiye
• 4-8 years of proven experience in recruitment (end-to-end hiring processes)
• Experience in performance management and training & development is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Open, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
