In this role, you are the direct point of contact for our customers and provide the best customer service through various channels. You ensure that customers are quickly assisted and that their problems are effectively resolved. Your focus is on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achieving concrete results.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Quickly and efficiently answering customer questions via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Resolving complaints and ensuring they are prevented in the future.
  • Proactively acting and assessing customer needs to come up with solutions immediately.
  • Collaborating with your team and colleagues in the store to achieve optimal results.
  • Creating additional sales opportunities by effectively utilizing your product knowledge.

What you bring to the table:

  • You have MBO4 work/thinking level or higher.
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch, and you have excellent grammar and spelling.
  • You are someone with great and precise typing skills.
  • You have basic knowledge of the English language (A1-A2).
  • Flexibility is key for you.
  • You are results-driven, social, and enjoy a dynamic environment.
  • Availability: You are available to work at least once a week on Saturday.
  • Strong communication and self-confidence. You know exactly how to approach and convince customers with your self-confidence.
