Accountant Sales & Banking Operations

Our JYSK Shared Services Centre is expanding its Shared Finance Center team and is looking for someone who wants to combine solid accounting experience with development in an international environment.

The Sales & Banking Operations team ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial settlements—from reconciling sales and recording payments to reporting financial operations in multiple countries. This is a team that combines accounting expertise with a modern approach to processes.

Your tasks

  • Reconciling cashier reports and verifying the accuracy of sales data.
  • Reconciling sales with financial and accounting systems and payment terminals.
  • Recording bank statements and reconciling account balances.
  • Reconciling sales from e-commerce channels and monitoring revenues from sales platforms.
  • Reconciling employee expenses, including business cards and delegations.
  • Preparing and making payments to contractors.
  • Collaborating with the sales department and controlling regarding the reconciliation of financial data.
  • Participating in month-end closing processes and preparing financial reports.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service, B2B department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in AR area),
  • Economic, financial, or related education,
  • English language proficiency at least B2 level,
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus),
  • Accurate, independent, and team-oriented,
  • Desire to develop and influence the processes in the Shared Services Centre.
