Mitarbeiter/In Kundenservice - Social Media

For our internal Customer Service Center, we are looking for an employee who will handle customer inquiries received via phone or email, as well as our social media channels. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and answer questions about our products and services.

Your role at JYSK

  • We handle daily inquiries about orders, complaints, and products that come to us through different channels.
  • You will handle the inquiries of our customers on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), as well as the inquiries that come in via phone and email.
  • You will find solutions for our customers independently and offer them a professional, positive, and competent service.
  • You are part of a goal-oriented team that is characterized by a high pace and can flexibly adapt to different situations.

What you bring with you

  • Empathy and a desire to actively listen to our customers and help them
  • A considerate and professional demeanor when speaking to our customers, especially when finding solutions
  • Enjoyment working in a team and a willingness to share new insights and knowledge with your colleagues
  • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, ideally basic English language skills
  • Experienced use of the computer, as well as fast and accurate typing
