HOW WILL YOUR DAILY ROUTINE LOOK IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

  • You take care of the best possible communication with customers and actively participate in the sales of the department
  • You use various communication channels such as phone, chat, email, and social media
  • You accept phone orders, do not hesitate to suggest products and services to customers yourself
  • You monitor customer orders and returns
  • You manage customer requests and complaints from both physical stores and our online store
  • You communicate and collaborate with our stores and other departments of the company, in Greece and abroad
  • You contribute to the continuous improvement of daily processes, proposing solutions to possible issues and making suggestions for improving the services provided to customers

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE

  • You have experience in a similar position in Customer Service for at least 1-2 years
  • You have very good communication skills both verbally and in writing, you have a customer-centric approach but also a positive attitude towards daily tasks and facing potential challenges
  • You are methodical and organized and show persistence in completing various tasks
  • You always emphasize the qualitative service to the customer
  • You handle the English language at a very good level, both verbally and in writing
