Are you looking to join a dynamic company and offer quality customer service? JYSK is recruiting a Customer Service Supporter to strengthen its team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

As a CSS, you will be attached to the Customer Service Team Leader and will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Offer quality customer service through various channels: phone, email, social media, chat, etc.
  • Ensure rapid and efficient processing of complaints and replacement requests.
  • Manage undelivered or late orders.
  • Analyze and exploit customer survey feedback.
  • Assist stores and ensure smooth cooperation between stores and customer service.
  • Work closely with internal teams (other CSC, e-business, logistics, Dark store).
  • Coordinate with transporters and external partners.
  • Master JYSK products, services, and procedures.
  • Manage daily tasks effectively and contribute to team objectives.
  • Listen actively and use positive language to retain customers.
  • Offer tailored and personalized solutions to each client.
  • Place customer experience and satisfaction at the heart of every interaction.

Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with rigor and organization.

Team spirit and results-oriented.

Experience in customer service (an asset).

Proficiency in computer tools and digital channels.
