We are looking for Drivers Operation Executives to help us deliver timely and efficient responses to drivers while being a strategic ally. At the same time, we want you to help us reduce operational costs in driver management.
Requirements for our meeting:
- Residence in Colombia
- Availability to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of Ecommerce
What will be your main tasks in this mission?
- Responsible for providing support and solutions in optimal times to drivers' requests.
- Ensure that the delivery service functions in an exceptional manner.
- Responsible for generating alerts in a timely manner when the situation requires.
- Support the fulfillment of KPIs, goals, and objectives of the area.
