Technician For General Maintenance
The technician for general maintenance participates in maintaining the premises, compressed air, the fire sprinkler system, interior and exterior woodwork, and part of the utilities in good working condition, in order to ensure their maximum availability possible. They carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting operations within their area of expertise and small tasks. They ensure the follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance, through the mastery of the GMAO MAXIMO, on the one hand, and subcontracting contracts on the other hand.
At the title of the maintenance activity:
1- Participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of building equipment (general maintenance perimeter) as well as small subcontracted operations:
- Get acquainted with the contracts governing their perimeter and the associated commitments (deadlines, restoration times, franchises…)
- In the event of a breakdown, solicit the contractual maintenance providers
- Plan any intervention in liaison with the service managers
- Ensure the impact of the operation on service continuity (power outage, water, noise, dust)
- Welcome the providers
- May be required to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations to maintain the optimal operating level of JPOD2
- Ensure the presence if necessary of the safety documents (prevention plan/fire permit)
- Verify the quality of their intervention
- Ensure the traceability of their intervention on the GMAO and record a receipt note
- Verify, daily, the GTB and GTC supervision systems, acknowledge the alarms if necessary and trace the anomalies according to the procedures in force
2- Execute occasional handling operations (small moves)
- Take into account the requests from the GMAO or other request channels
- Prepare the operation (vehicle, packaging, handling equipment…)
- Carry out the operation, respecting hygiene and safety constraints
3- Execute small second-work trades (plumbing, painting, hardware, compressed air, sprinkler system…)

- Prepare the operation (purchase of material, preliminary validation of plans/schema, planning)
- Carry out the operation, respecting hygiene and safety constraints
- Write an intervention report/account
- Have the operation validated by the requester
- Ensure the administrative closure of the operation (GMAO, purchase, documentation, …)
4- Ensure the management of the workshop, tooling, and consumables
5- Alert in case of anomaly on the abnormal use of the premises by the users
6- Alert in case of supplier failure (delays, quality…)
7- Have quotes made, write and follow up the corresponding purchase requests (EVOBUY)
8- Carry out regular rounds of the critical points of the buildings in their perimeter (daily, weekly, monthly) according to an established procedure
At the title of the participation in the F&E service:
- Participate in the technical on-call system
- Integrate as a full member of the site technical team on the maintenance manager's schedule
- Participate in the hourly coverage of the service
- Participate in the implementation of the quality management system in the field of activity and participate actively in its evolution
- Carry out technical rounds on the own utilities (CTAs, PODS, Generator and EPPI loops, GVP, RODI, autoclaves, etc.)
- Treat the anomalies resulting from the regulatory building controls (via the GMAO) and participate actively in the safety of the JPOD2 site
- Participate in operations of renovation and new works aimed at reducing energy consumption, in particular (in liaison with the superior hierarchical):
- Participate in the project steering committee
- Recognize the expression of user needs
- Translate this need into a specification book or supplier quotes
- Plan the works
- Follow up and receive the works
Pharmaceutical activities:
- Follow up all training related to good manufacturing practices (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry
- Respect hygiene rules and sensitization to contamination risks
- Obligation to read and apply the procedures on site
- Guarantee of the suppliers it will manage
HSE:
- Respect safety rules for oneself and for external companies
- Enforce safety procedures on site
At the title of material correspondent:
- Upon receipt of new equipment, ensure that the qualification operations are carried out and recorded
- Ensure the respect of preventive maintenance schedules
- Declare on MAXIMO the corrective maintenance
- In the case of exceeding the preventive maintenance deadline for the most critical equipment, carry out an impact analysis and, if necessary, open a derogation
- If necessary, carry out measurements or controls in liaison with the metrology calibration service (in particular on the sprinkler system, compressed air, etc.)
- Examine the reports (preventive and corrective interventions, internal and external), participate in impact analyses and deal with non-conformities
- Re-commission equipment through the closure of MAXIMO notices
Contribute to the sensitization of the staff to the management of the material
