Operations Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst to work in the Outsourcing area within the Legal Quality Operations.
This is a strategic area within Jusbrasil, responsible for expanding the capacity of execution, increasing operational efficiency and ensuring consistent deliveries for our Products. We work transversally to support different squads and are guided by some pillars:
- Elasticity: quickly adapt to the rhythm of execution according to variations in internal demands.
- Scale: ensure the quality assessment of statistically valid and relevant legal samples for the products.
- Flow: ensure that the Legal Quality Operations can meet all Product demands with fluidity and within the expected deadlines.
The analyst will be responsible for operationalizing, structuring and evolving outsourcing processes, working end-to-end on activities such as:
- Planning and organizing demands
- Selection, contracting, monitoring and supporting freelancers
- Monitoring deadlines, quality and indicators
- Supporting and training internal teams and external providers
The role will be within the Operations team, close to the Product and Finance areas.
Expected competencies:
- Direct communication in high volume: ability to interact daily with multiple internal teams and suppliers/freelancers, maintaining agility, objectivity and assertiveness in high demand scenarios.
- Flexibility, resilience and focus on problem solving: comfortable in a construction environment, with ease to adapt to recurring changes and handle constant scenario adjustments.
- Organization and discipline: ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous tasks without losing quality.
- Process builder: ability to design flows together with the team, standardize activities and implement scalable solutions.
- Hands-on: willingness to execute operational deliveries while continuously structuring and improving processes.
- Active curiosity: ability to investigate pain points, question established practices and propose improvements that increase efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in operations, processes or Customer Success: process-oriented performance, flow organization, deadline tracking, and internal and external stakeholder management.
- Demand and deadline management: proven experience in organizing deliveries, prioritizing activities and ensuring efficiency.
- Google Sheets/Excel expertise: advanced use of formulas, dynamic tables and structuring of indicators/reports.
- Organization, proactivity and results orientation: with good communication and ease to work with multidisciplinary teams and freelancers.
Differentials (not mandatory):
- Knowledge of process and task management tools (e.g. Pipefy, Trello, Jira, Asana or similar).
- Experience with relationship and stakeholder management tools and/or clients (e.g. Hubspot, Zendesk, Pipedrive or similar), especially in contexts of customer service, support or coordination of multiple clients/suppliers.
- Previous experience in hiring or relationship with freelancers/suppliers, with attention to deadlines, quality and alignment of expectations.
