The GTM Engineer sits at the intersection of revenue operations, AI engineering, and go-to-market systems. You will design, build, and operationalize AI-powered agents and workflow automation that directly accelerate our sales and revenue teams. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of Juniper Square's GTM transformation – you will own the architecture and execution of systems that fundamentally change how our reps work.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $150,000 USD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
