- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for high-value enterprise accounts, building and maintaining strong strategic partnerships
- Provide executive-level strategic guidance and thought leadership to enterprise clients, leveraging deep industry expertise and data analysis
- Conduct high-level consultations with enterprise clients to understand revenue cycle management challenges and align solutions to meet their needs
- Act as the "voice of the customer" for enterprise accounts, partnering with internal teams to provide product feedback and ensure exceptional client experiences

⚡ Requirements
- Experienced Enterprise Account Manager with a minimum of 5-8 years in a client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong track record of managing relationships with enterprise-level clients and driving results in a fast-paced environment
