Lighthouse Christian School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join our developing leadership team at our OSHC service. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38 hours across split shifts, Monday to Friday including non-contact admin hours:

1. 6:30-8:45am (Rise then Shine)
2. 2:15-6:00pm (Stay and Play)

About the Role:

• You'll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Who are we Looking For?

A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow. Strong communication skills—you'll be leading by example! A team player who inspires others and encourages growth. You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. Australian work rights. A relevant qualification as per ACECQA.
