Werkstudent:in In Sales & Business Development

As a Werkstudent in Sales & Business Development, you will identify the needs of companies and ensure the best freelance experts are found for each project. Thanks to you, projects will be filled quickly and large companies will become Junico fans!

Account Management & Customer Support:

  • You will identify the needs of our corporate clients, find suitable freelancers from our community, and accompany the entire matching process – from the first contact to onboarding and long-term customer retention.
  • You will take on inbound leads, conduct conversations with freelancers, assist in contract negotiations, and help optimize our CRM and sales funnel. With your sense of people and structures, you will actively contribute to the perfect match between companies and freelancers.

Business Development & Process Optimization:

  • You will assist in administrative tasks in the payment and finance areas, develop and improve internal processes – especially in support, to ease the effort for customers – and contribute both in operational and strategic support.
  • Furthermore, you will support partner management and work on developing new, efficient processes to further scale Junico.

Qualification

  • You are studying and have already gained initial practical experience in account management, business development, or sales.
  • You are motivated to work 3-5 days a week for 4-6 hours each (Mon + Fri from the home office, otherwise in the office).
  • You have the Sales-Spirit.
  • You have a desire for the Startup world.
  • You have the ambition to be an Expert in what you do.
  • You work goal-oriented, structured, and question tasks when you believe there is a better way to achieve the result.
  • You take full responsibility for your tasks and are the first to recognize impending problems.
  • You work because you want to make a difference with your actions – while keeping a cool head in stressful situations.
  • You can motivate your Colleagues, work well in a team, and Communication is your strong suit.
