Search for large projects that fit perfectly with our community.
Actively approach and acquire new clients through email, phone, and networking at events.
Take over inbound leads with the goal of convincing them during the onboarding of Junico.
Build long-term customer relationships by understanding the needs of companies and establishing a basis of trust.
Recruit suitable freelancers from our database including initial interviews.
Coordinate the placement process and support contract negotiations.
Support the improvement of our CRM and sales funnels.
You have already gained initial professional experience in a similar field.
You are ambitious, fast, responsible, communicative, and empathetic.
You are motivated to work 3-5 days a week, 4-6 hours each (Mon + Fri from home office, otherwise in the office).
You have a sales spirit.
You are excited about the startup world.
You have the ambition to be an expert in what you do.
