Internship In Account Management

Tasks

As an account manager, you will identify the needs of companies and ensure that the best freelance experts are found for each project. Thanks to you, projects will be filled quickly and large companies will become Junico fans!

  • Search for large projects that fit perfectly with our community.
  • Actively approach and target new customers through email, phone, and networking at events.
  • Take over inbound leads with the goal of convincing them already during the onboarding of Junico.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by understanding the needs of companies and establishing a basis of trust.
  • Recruit suitable freelancers from our database including initial interviews.
  • Coordinate the placement process and support in contract negotiations.
  • Support the improvement of our CRMs and sales funnels.

  • You have the sales spirit
  • You have lust for startup world .
  • You have the claim to be an expert in what you do.
  • You work goal-oriented , structured and question tasks when you believe there is another way to achieve a better result.

  • You work gladly because you want to make a difference with your actions – while keeping a cool head in stressful situations.
  • You can motivate your colleagues , work well in a team and communication is your ace in the sleeve.
