We are seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager to lead our global onboarding program and other sales training initiatives. In this role, you will build and manage programs that support new sellers in getting ramped up quickly, as well as contribute to our core curriculum for existing team members. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and managers to shape the new hire experience, as well as analyze performance and feedback for future improvements.

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
