In short, your role within Jungheinrich will play a crucial part in providing the customer with complete peace of mind in managing their intra-company logistics.
Role Purpose
Responsible for efficient Sales Administration
Support Sales function operationally and manage related tasks
Role Responsibilities
- Collate activity data for Sales and support management of data (opportunities in C4C, lost order reporting, fleet data)
- Manage Credit Approvals of customers and customer account set-ups
- Creation of order information packs
- Production of quotations, prepare financial customer contracts and issue them electronically (if possible)
- Maintenance of customers files and team folders
- Support Sales function with management of contract terminations (natural and early) and contract extension
- Co-ordinate day to day activity of the Sales Team regarding their administration and customer support needs
- Customer interface regarding queries, complaints, deliveries, Credit Control related queries and invoicing issues
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries
- Management of customer specific portals, systems, and procedures
- Make sure that all Jungheinrich standards and guidelines in relation to Sales business are followed and met
